- Fill in the Gift Certificate buyer information and select the desired flight. After writing a message to the recipient, click "Send Request". You will receive an invoice by email to the address specified in the Request form.
- After paying the invoice, you will receive the Gift Certificate by email, you can download and print it, and forward or hand it over to the gift recipient in person. We will send the Gift Certificate immediately after payment to your specified email address.
1. Helicentras Gift Voucher (hereinafter referred to as the Gift Voucher) confirms prepayment and entitles the Gift Voucher holder to purchase services in accordance with these rules. The Gift Voucher must be presented before paying for services.
2. The Gift Voucher can be purchased on the Helicentras website www.helicentras.lt
3. The Gift Voucher can be used to pay for services at all www.helicentras.lt physical locations.
4. Gift Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable..
5. The Gift Voucher is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase. After the expiration of the Gift Voucher, it becomes invalid and the amount of money indicated on the voucher is not refunded.
6. The validity period can be extended for a valid Gift Voucher, or for a voucher that has not yet been used but has expired and no more than 1 (one) month has passed since its expiration.
7. A 70 EUR administration fee applies to extend the Gift Voucher for 3 months, the Gift Voucher can be extended 2 times.
8. Helicentras Gift Vouchers are extended within 7 working days of submitting the request by email to info@helicentras.lt
9. The Gift Voucher can be transferred to a third party.
10. The Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. In the event that the Gift Voucher is used to pay for services whose price exceeds the amount of money indicated on the Gift Voucher, the missing part of the price of the purchased goods or services can be paid additionally.If the price of the services is less than the amount of money indicated on the Gift Voucher, no change is given.
12. The Gift Voucher can only be used once to pay for services.
